Game Day
Game-day and facility policies.
A few ground rules that keep our events safe and welcoming for everyone.
Events & Facility Use
- No outside food or beverages in gymnasiums or competition areas.
- Outside chairs, blankets, and seating may be used at our facilities (HPW and MHP).
- Restrooms are designated. Guests should use the public, visitor-accessible restrooms only.
- No re-entry after leaving a ticketed event without paying again or without authorization.
- Our gates and concessions are cashless, card only.
Technology & Media
- Photography and video may be restricted in certain areas, including locker rooms and classrooms.
- No live streaming without advance written permission from administration.
Prohibited Items
- No tobacco, alcohol, or controlled substances on campus.
- No weapons of any kind.
- No noise-making devices in the gym during competitions.
Animals
- No pets on campus unless prior approval is granted. Service animals are always welcome, per the ADA.
Emergency Procedures
- Guests must follow all emergency protocols if an alarm sounds, and the directions of event staff and administration.
Behavior Expectations
- Positive cheering for your team. No taunting, derogatory language, or inappropriate signage.
- Please honor the 24-hour rule before contacting coaching staff after a game.
- Per AIA policy, a spectator removed from a competition for unsportsmanlike conduct must complete the NFHS Sportsmanship course and present the certificate before attending another contest. A second removal in the same season means no attendance for the rest of that sport's season.
