Ms. Xela Locke has about 20 years of tutoring in music for all age ranges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer and Human Development from Utah State University. She also holds her associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from Ameritech College of Healthcare.
