NOTICE OF QUORUM

HIGHLAND PREP WEST GOVERNING BOARD
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Highland Prep West Board of Directors and to the general public that a quorum may result from attendance and participation in a High School Orientation Night for Highland Prep West which will be located at 12235 W Van Buren St. Avondale, AZ 85323 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Highland Prep West’s Board will not meet formally, nor will any decisions or actions be taken on behalf of any of the schools.
