NOTICE OF QUORUM
WEDNESDAY, February 19th, 2025 HIGHLAND PREP WEST GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Madison Highland Prep, Highland Prep, and Highland Prep West Board of Directors and to the general public that a quorum may result from attendance and participation in a Showcase of Highland Prep West, which will be located at 12235 W Van Buren St. Avondale, AZ 85323 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Madison Highland Prep, Highland Prep, and Highland Prep West’s Boards will not meet formally, nor will any decisions or actions be taken on behalf of any of the schools.
